Usually, when this happens, there is no system-wide problem. Please see if one of the following suggestions fixes the problem for you.
Be sure that you are accessing the database or Google Scholar through R Barbara Gitenstein Library’s website. If you are off campus, you should be prompted to login to the TCNJ portal. You can find a list of Library resources here: https://library.tcnj.edu/search-tools/databases-a-z
If the problem persists, try using a different browser. (Safari and Chrome can be problematic with some database interfaces.)
If that does not work, try clearing your cache/deleting or clearing your browser history and closing your browser. Then, reopen your browser and try again.
