(Dates vary, some content updated daily)  PrivCo provides business descriptions and selected financial information on more than 850,000 non-publicly traded corporations, including family-owned, private-equity-owned, and international unlisted companies. The database also includes information about private company mergers and acquisitions; private equity deals; and venture-capital funding deals. A screening tool and advanced search features enable the compilation of company lists according to multiple specific criteria. For help getting started with PrivCo, see this brief guide.

Note: After authentication with your TCNJ username and password, remote-access users may see a second (PrivCo-level) prompt to login again with an Email and Password. Users should bypass this prompt by selecting the green button that says “Academic Direct Access.”
